Scope of Work:

Monitored the Central Inverter Replacement and developed the final Take-over Acceptance Agreement (Partial TOC, Tripartite agreement).

Client: Arinna Solar Power S.A.E.

Location: Benban 1.4 GWp Solar Complex, Aswan, Egypt.

Capacity: 25 MWp PV Plant.

Scope of Work:

Project Management, EPC contract incomplete work, Final TOC, and Lenders’ PCD process. Managing the SCADA Replacement Project. Developing the Local Monitoring Center (LMC) connection. Supervised O&M on-site and initiated Asset management for the project.

Scope of Work:

• Design and Technology Review.
• PV Modules Thermography Drone Test. 
• Energy Yield Assessment. 
• Perform Active Site Measurements:

         ○ Thermography tests for site components. 

         ○ IV Curve tracing test for site strings and solar panels. 

         ○ Cables insulation test.

         ○ Earth resistance test for site grounding systems.

         ○ Transformers oil breakdown and DGA tests.

Scope of Work:

• Prepare a traceability register for the serial numbers of 580,000 PV modules over the three projects.
• Verify PV Modules locations at the site with reference to their serial numbers.

Scope of Work:

• Perform a full inspection of all the plant components to recognize the defects.
• Re-energize central inverters to recover the plant availability from 0% to 100%.
• Perform Testing and Commissioning tests on 100% of the PV .
• Perform Testing and Commissioning for the Hybrid Controller between the PV plant and the Diesel generator substation.
• Establish and commission a new SCADA system for the project.
• Q&M management after the Rehabilitation of the PV plant.
